We're so glad you're here! Toad & Sew wholesale products are available two ways — order directly through our shop, or browse and order through Faire. Both options carry the same great products; it just comes down to what works best for your business. Read on to find the right fit for you.
OPTION ONE
Ordering Wholesale Direct
Ordering direct means you're ordering straight from us through our Shopify store. It's a great option for US-based shops who want a simple, straightforward checkout and a direct line of communication with Taylor. Once your account is approved, you'll get access to the Wholesale Hub — your one-stop space for placing orders, browsing the catalog, and downloading listing assets for your shop.
Details
Patterns have been professionally printed by PrintingCenterUSA on premium matte paper in a booklet format measuring 5.5" x 8.5". Each pattern is packaged individually and includes a barcode, hanging sleeve, and front/back cover that provide all the essential information for quilt-making.
Greeting cards are A2 size [4.25" x 5.5"] and printed on premium matte cardstock. Each greeting card comes with a matching envelope.
Stickers are printed on durable, high-opacity white adhesive vinyl. Each sticker size is listed in the product description.
Quantities
All quilt patterns are sold in packs of 5. The minimum order quantity per item is one pack (5 units).
All stickers and greeting cards are sold in packs of 6. The minimum order quantity per item is one pack (6 units).
Returns
We accept returns only on orders that include damaged or defective products.
Shipping Information
All wholesale orders ship via USPS Priority Mail from Seattle, WA. Shipping cost is added during checkout, and it's a flat $10 fee for US orders.
Shipments will be sent out 4-7 business days from purchase date.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Please note that for international shops, we kindly request you to place your pattern orders through Faire, as our current shop setup does not support international shipping.
